Conti Materials Service, LLC was founded on September 1st, 1986 by Donald E. Conti. It started with one man’s vision, a dump truck and an office trailer. Donald wanted to build his diversified transportation company with honesty and integrity, all while earning the respect of his customers by providing them with a service they could trust and rely on.

Since his passing in 2009, the company remains true to the values and expectations that Don set. For over 30 years, we have been servicing local customers in the construction industry with our quality freight and material expertise. Still family owned and operated, Conti Materials Service continues to expand.

Our President, Gene Conti Jr. exemplifies the values of honesty, drive and integrity which are directly reflected in daily operations. He is dedicated to providing service that the company’s loyal customers depend on and trust. The hard work and dedication of his entire team is greatly appreciated, as he exudes the same commitment in return. Today, as Don dreamed, we strive to lead the bulk transportation industry.

Don purchased land on Newton Road and built a larger terminal and office where we are still located today. Here, his business continued to grow and so did the pride he had in his company and employees.

Through the years, as Conti Materials continued to thrive, Don never abandoned his drive and hard work ethic. He always made sure that each piece of equipment was properly maintained, clean and cared for.

On Saturday, July 18th, 2009
while on his way to the office,
Don was taken from us by a
drunk driver. His loss cannot
be measured.
